Finance Manager

Job Description:

Apart from the accounting of iLMC itself, you will be responsible to collect financial and statistical data from our clients and business partners. You have the ability to read PL statements and Balance Sheets and present these as Management Reports so our organization can make sound business decisions in a timely fashion.

Typical activities include:

providing and interpreting financial information;
monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
analysing change and advising accordingly;
researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations such as the Revenue Department;
producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.

Job Description:

Tad Fane Resort is an eco-sensitive resort in Southern Laos. The owners have built the resort in 1999 and made the location to a must-see destination for the region. We are now planning an extension of the resort, offering a 3-star quality tented camp with dedicated restaurant facilities, in addition to the existing lodge. The lodge's main restaurant will be expanded and upgraded to accommodate groups of up to 80 pax for lunch and occasional dinner parties. We are looking for a Resort Manager with the experience and energy level to take Tad Fane Resort to the highest levels of service.
